The NMCCA Business Builders Program 2.0 empowers local business owners to overcome challenges and achieve lasting growth by fostering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. Through expert-led sessions, peer networking, and practical problem-solving, this six-month program provides entrepreneurs with the tools, skills, and resources they need to excel in a constantly evolving business landscape.

Topics & Curriculum
Business Builders Program 2.0 addresses additional areas and further develop the diverse skills and expertise essential to running a successful business:
Learn how to expand capacity, enter new markets, and systematize operations.
Expand understanding of lending, funding and advance financial planning.
Dive deeper into branding, storytelling, marketing strategies and consistent messaging. This course also includes use of AI in marketing strategies.
Focus on your employee retention, leadership culture, and conflict resolution.
Learn more about lead generation, onboarding, client journey mapping, and loyalty programs. Connecting marketing, operations and customer service into one cohesive framework.
A hands-on legal workshop focused on negotiation strategies, compensation, employment law.
Length
This program will run over a six-month period, with a total of 12 in-person classes.
When
Classes will be held on 2nd Tuesday of each month from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Assignments
Certain sessions may include actionable plans or assignments to prepare participants for upcoming classes, fostering practical application and engagement.
Where
The Brunswick University Center, a Cuyahoga Community College campus, has generously partnered with the chamber to provide dedicated classroom space.
Who Will Be Teaching?
Industry leaders and chamber members who are experts in their respective fields will serve as instructors for the program. These local chamber-member entrepreneurs, recognized as subject matter experts, will generously share their knowledge and invest their time to support the growth and success of participants.
